New Divide es uno de los temas que pertenece a la banda de sonido de Transformer 2 que se lanzo a mediados de este años, tambien habian hecho otro tema para la primera parte de la pelicula llamdo What I've Done. La letra fue escrita por Chester Bennington y Mike Shinoda vocalistas de la banda.

Livin' On A Prayer fue elegida por la cadena VH1 como la mejor cancion de la decada de los '80, aunque para mi decir ''x'' cancion es la mejor me parece muy subjetivo ya que de gustos va la cosa. Este tema fue parte del disco Slippery When Wet de 1986 que fue el mas exitozo de esta banda y que vendio hasta la fecha 32 de millones de discos.

After Forever - Energize Me

After Forever es el nombre de una banda de Metal Gótico, un estilo musical que se acerca peligrosamente al Rock-Pop, digamos que es un Metal descafeinado. Energize Me es el anteultimo single que lanzo de esta banda en el año 2007 que recientemente anuncio su separación. La voz femenina es la de Floor Jansen que es Soprano.

Es una pena que se hayan separado, era una de las mejores de su estilo aunque como pasa casi siempre seguramente formen otra bandas por separado, esto suele ser muy común en el mundo del Metal.

Pet Shop Boys - New York City Boy

New York City Boys fue el gran exito de los Pet Shop Boys en el año 1999 con su disco Nightlife. Este sencillo es uno de los mas importantes de la banda. Este video en particular siempre fue un poco polemico que en su epoca se le acuso de tener un mensaje claramente homosexual en sus imagenes, no me extrañaria nada, juaguenlo ustedes mismo. Lo que es seguro es que un temazo muy movido.
